It has green hills, white sand beaches, and clear blue seas.
The area also has Lake Kelimutu, which has three craters with colorful water. In addition, this area also offers a rich culture as well as a culinary richness that you should try if you have the opportunity to visit there.

These lakes are known as the Three Color Lakes, which are red, blue, and white. But over time, the colors of the three lakes also often change.
Lake Kelimutu is believed to be the place of the spirits of people who have died. According to local beliefs, when the lake water changes color, people must make offerings to all the spirits in the three lakes.
Despite these beliefs, the crater lake is very beautiful. Especially at sunrise. The sunrise over Kelimutu Lake at 1639 meters above sea level is one of the things you should witness at least once in your lifetime.
Wologai
Wologai is a 800-year-old traditional village. The village is in Detusoko, Ende Regency. From Ende City, this village has a distance of about 37 km. This traditional village has an altitude of about 1,045 mpdl. This village is one of the few remaining traditional villages in Flores. This village still maintains the authenticity of traditional customs and culture inherited from their ancestors for generations until now.
If you visit this traditional village, before you enter it, you must wear a traditional Flores cloth and step on a stone at the village gate which is believed to be one of the relics of the ancestors. This traditional village is worth a visit because, in addition to having a beautiful panorama, the culture is extraordinary.
Blue Stone Beach
Blue Stone Beach, located on the central south coast of Flores, is a beautiful and unusual geological site. The beach’s black volcanic sand is covered with colorful stones in shades of blue, green, red, and yellow.
These stones come from the nearby cliffs, and while there isn’t a definitive explanation for their origin, it is clear that they are volcanic. Minerals like sulfides and feldspar, common in volcanic rocks, can cause different colors. We were also fascinated to find fine blue crystalline material within the black volcanic sand.
This beach is about 26 km west of Ende, near the Trans Flores highway. This beach is beautiful with its colorful stones. It’s worth sitting on.
